Alpine Echoes Band

Jeanette has been a member of Alpine Echoes for many years as a professional accordionist. She began her entertaining career playing accordion with her sister for their church community and presently helps manage the band activities and scheduling.

Sue is a professional accordionist with over 50 years of experience. She has played for a variety of events including wedding receptions, business lunches, dance bands, and many years of restaurant music experience.

Barbara is a retired high school teacher, teaching both academic English and German. But her talent is singing. She is currently an active vocalist singing with various Portland groups, theatre and light opera.  

Rod is a long time member of Alpine Echoes playing Tuba and Bass. During the holidays you will find him among over 200 Tuba players performing for Portland's Annual Tuba Christmas concert.

Scott is a lifelong Portland resident who has played drums in various polka bands for over 30 years. He also serves as the band sound technician.

Angela is a recently retired elementary school teacher who has played piano for many years. Her musical talent with the swiss bells adds a special touch to many of our songs.
